I actually did know about Chia, when I got the book.
The book itself is a great intro to this awesome super food, gives simple layperson terms, on how and why you can and should incorporate it into you daily life and diet.
I love how the author turned this into a lifestyle...the meditations,and the recipes, made it feel like a great lifestyle change
that could be easily done vs. a diet that cannot be kept up.
I did try a few of the recipes and they were amazing,
I have also been putting chia into my smoothies in the morning, with awesome results
Would recommend this to anyone looking to bring a boost to their diet and life.
