Fairs and The mostly Unplugged sunday

On saturday we went to the Milford Oysterfest, with Grammy and Grampy which has been going on...forever, unfortunately we forget to take the camera out of the car, so I do not have any pictures from that day.

Sunday we stopped by the Coventry Farmers Market, which has an event every sunday from july to october, you can check it out at
http://coventryfarmersmarket.com/
It is at the Nathan Hale homestead

They have all sorts of goodies, stuff to look at and taste, Mia had fun running around in the field, we hope to return for a few more sundays till the season is over.

The reason it is called Unplugged sunday is we spent most of the day, off the phone, no tv, and NO computer, I do put on the radio for acoustic sunrise, on 96.5fm, but most people will forgive me.

All in all it was a wonderful weekend, and as the summer starts to fade, I'm looking forward to one of my favorite seasons, Fall and all the fairs, food and fun to be had.

  1. Love the new look of the blog! :)

I have been wanting to get to the Coventry Farmer's Market! Clearly this Sunday will not be the Sunday to go, but maybe the week after will! We should meet up!

Our Unplugged Sundays usually involve music! We love music too much to go without so we do put it on (and it's usually through Pandora). Just by turning the TV off and staying off of Facebook we have found great success with Unplugged Sunday! :)

Have a great rest of the day and a good rest of the weekend as we all batten down the hatches and see what this storm truly unleashes on us!
