I cheated a little this Friday I actually have three moments..I just couldn't decide lol

A weekend in Maine

This past weekend I decided to take the bull by the horns and actually drive to Maine with Mia, by myself, I hate driving...it is the bane of my existence, but if I could survive a c-section and raise a kid I figure I could drive to Maine..It was actually a very relaxing drive.

Sunday was a day of parties, first up, was Craig's cousin Jill baby shower, she is having twins!

 Then is was off to another party, this time, Craig's second cousin was graduating high school ( yes Craig has a large family)

Then is was back to the Gaudet Compound where Mia spent some quality time, with another great kitty Bob.

A full day

We spent the day Wickham park, which is really beautiful, we had a picnic, under the trees, I believe this was Mia's first picnic, she loves being outside

 Got to love the foot as she relaxes...

The Park has a little bird sanctuary where Mia met some feathered beauties

Then we let the Bean roll and roam over the grass, she had a ball.

Later that day, we planted some herbs that will be used for making tea, as soon as I figure out how to make tea out of freash herbs

.

We let The Murple Kitty out for a little air on her murple leash...not really sure she enjoyed it.

The Temper Tantrum

Craig has been away on business for 4 days. Mia and I are getting a bit sick of  each other. Feeding her has started to become a battle as she asserts her independence and what she wants to eat and what she wants to throw on the floor.

Today she really seems to be having an off day and when I tried to feed her, she had a full blown temper tantrum..with smashed peas and barely.

She also got me pretty well

and afterwards right to suck up by laughing and being cute

We did get cleaned up and Murple helped

I really can't wait for Craig to get home...sigh
